Bulldozers
Johnson Taylor’s range of three bulldozers is equipped with an hydraulic drive system leading to reliable and convenient machine and blade operation.
The range offers flexible options for pushing large quantities of soil, sand, rubble, or other such material during construction or conversion work and equipped at the rear with a multi-shank ripper to loosen densely compacted materials. They are ideal for mines and quarries, military bases, heavy industry factories, engineering projects and farms, road building, construction, forestry, land clearing and infrastructure development.
The travel system is a “walking beam” suspension profile highly suited to uneven terrain.
The blade is a semi U or PAT (power angle tilt) and the cutting edge is constructed of highly durable materials against the heavy wear it is expected to endure. Blades range from 1168 millimetres wide to 1590 millimetres high and 3416 millimetres to 4130 millimetres wide with more than 500 millimetres depth achievable and lift of up to 1560 millimetres.
Construction Equipment
The tracks provide excellent ground holding capability and mobility through rough terrain and the width assists in distributing dozer’s weight over a large footprint, decreasing ground pressure and minimising the risk of the unit sinking in sandy, wet, clay or muddy surfaces and the machines have transmission systems designed to readily take advantage of the track system and provide excellent tractive force.
